The Recycling Council of Alberta (RCA) advocates for a Circular Economy in Alberta, focusing on waste reduction and resource conservation through collaborative efforts with government, industry, and other stakeholders. RCA’s vision is to achieve a waste-free world, supported by its governance framework, policies, and annual reports documenting its activities and financial statements.
